At BĀMBA Swim, we want you to feel confident in your selection; if your suit isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns for store credit or size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags firmly attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks or scents.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via digital gift card or dispatch your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
